Return Policy
Return the item(s) in its unopened, original condition (including all original packaging). Products may be returned at the customer’s expense within 35 days from the order date. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and exclude shipping charges.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Any Items that are made to order, Custom or Personalized are non-returnable due to the nature of these items. However, a replacement can be issued in case of any product damage or defects. Photo proof must be provided for replacements.
- Any items with plastic pull tab are not returnable once tab is pulled and missing.
- Any LED items with broken ripped barcode seals will not be returnable.
- Any item that has been customized, personalized, used, altered, or damaged will not be refunded.
- Any Items returned opened & without original packaging.
Your return must be sent via a traceable method. If you return the item without the ability to track the delivery and we don’t receive the item, we will not be responsible for processing the return.
Exchanges:
If you need a different color, size or style, we recommend that you place a new order for the needed replacement first and then return the you have already received due to possible out-of-stock situations. This will also ensure stock and the fastest delivery of your replacement. All appropriate policies apply to all returned items.
Refunds:
A refund will be issued, excluding shipping charges and additional rush handling fees, within 3 business days of receiving your returned order. Refunds are issued against the original payment method you used for the order. We recommend that if you pay using a gift card, you do not discard your gift card. If we are unable to issue refund back to the original payment method, store credit will be issued for future use on your flourishist.com account.
(Some banks may process a refund sooner than others, please contact us and your bank if you have not received your credit within 7 business days.)
Damaged Items :
Unfortunately, items may sometimes get damaged in transit so we must be notified of any damaged or missing items within 5 business days of the receipt of your order. We will be unable to accept returns for any damaged items if we are not notified within the 5 business day damage period.
