Shipping Policy
Shipping Methods
Air Freight
We cooperate with several world – renowned airlines to ensure that your goods can be shipped to all parts of the world quickly and safely. For urgent cargo, air freight is our preferred method. However, due to various factors such as air traffic control and weather, there may be certain delays. We will do our best to coordinate with the airlines and promptly inform our customers of flight information and any possible delays.
For goods shipped by air, the relevant regulations of the International Air Transport Association (IATA) must be strictly followed. This includes packaging requirements for goods. For example, packaging materials that meet air transport safety standards must be used to prevent goods from being damaged during transportation or posing a safety threat to the aircraft.
We offer free shipping on orders over $99, and for orders under $99 we have three shipping plans to choose from, including flat shipping at $8.99.
Ocean Freight
Our ocean shipping services cover major ports around the world. Ocean freight is suitable for transporting large quantities of goods at a relatively low cost. We provide regular liner services and can also arrange charter shipping according to customer needs.
During ocean shipping, goods must comply with the customs regulations of the destination country and port as well as the safety and environmental protection requirements of the International Maritime Organization (IMO). For example, the ocean shipping of dangerous goods requires special declaration and handling to ensure that it will not cause harm to the marine environment and ship safety during transportation.
Shipping Insurance
To ensure the safety of customers’ goods during transportation, we highly recommend that customers purchase shipping insurance. We cooperate with several well – known insurance companies and offer a variety of insurance options.
Shipping insurance covers loss, damage and delay of goods during transportation. In the event of an incident within the scope of insurance, customers should promptly notify us and the insurance company, and we will assist customers with the claims process.
Customs Policies and Customs Clearance
Different countries have different customs policies. We have a professional customs clearance team that is familiar with the customs regulations of various countries. Before shipping the goods, we will inform the customers of the customs requirements of the destination country, such as the documents required (commercial invoice, bill of lading, certificate of origin, etc.).
For some special goods, such as high – value items, food, drugs, etc., additional licenses or inspection and quarantine procedures may be required. We will assist customers in preparing relevant documents to ensure that the goods can be cleared through customs smoothly. However, if customs clearance is delayed or the goods are detained due to the customer’s failure to provide correct documents or the goods not meeting the customs regulations, the customer will bear the corresponding responsibilities.
Shipping Time and Tracking
Shipping time may vary depending on the shipping method, destination and other unforeseen factors. Air freight can generally reach the destination within a few days to a few weeks (depending on the route and transit situation), while ocean freight may take several weeks or even months.
We provide customers with cargo shipping tracking services. Customers can use our online platform, enter the bill of lading number or waybill number of the goods, and query the shipping status of the goods in real – time, including whether the goods have been loaded on board, taken off, and the estimated time of arrival at the destination.
Service Areas and Restrictions
Our shipping services cover most countries and regions in the world. However, due to political, military or other special situations in some countries or regions, there may be certain restrictions on shipping services. For example, for some countries under international sanctions, we cannot provide direct shipping services.
When shipping certain special goods, such as weapons, drugs, etc., this is strictly prohibited, and violators will bear legal responsibilities.
If you have any questions regarding international shipping, please feel free to contact our customer service team. We will be at your service wholeheartedly.
